Job Description:This is a quota carrying client facing role for Dentsu India’s Cxm Business.Expectations from an Individual contributor role- 10 Years of Technology / IT Services Sales Experience in the BFSI Industry - CIO + CMO relationship within Private Banks & NBFC - Ability to hold senior level client conversations - Conversant with Marketing technology & BFSI TrendsKPI To deliver- Hunt is a set- of assigned accounts across - Pipeline Generation - Generate new client leads - Manage a predictable pipeline, extremely methodical in opportunity qualification - Ability to think through client problems and work with the solution team to anchor wining proposals - Cross sell and upsell with a focus of Business Value creation - Prepare detailed account plans and define the field of play - CXO Relationship management
