This role is for someone who wants to learn, hustle, and tackle real-world fitness challenges every day. Experience is a bonus, not a must. Role Description Learn to assess clients’ fitness, health, HR, and HRV data to create heart-rate zone–based training plans . Conduct goal-setting sessions and progress reviews with clients. Coordinate with clients’ support teams to ensure consistency and results. Collaborate on building App-based programs that redefine how people train. Stay ahead of trends in cardiovascular fitness, tech-driven training, and coaching methods. Handle admin tasks and occasionally travel for company programs or corporate events. What We’re Looking For Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or accredited health & fitness certifications . Personal running or fitness background is a plus. Certified in training runners or eager to learn on the job . Strong communicator in English (regional languages a plus). Passionate about motivating clients, learning fast, and growing in a startup environment . Experience designing fitness programs is a bonus, not required.
