Employee Lifecycle Management- Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for team in India. - Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into the team - Maintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data2. Talent Acquisition- Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles - Source, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviews - Build relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms3. Policy & Compliance Management- Ensure adherence to employment laws in India - Draft and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations - Manage compliance related to tax filings, employee benefits, and payroll in coordination with Finance4. Culture & Engagement- Foster a people-first, values-driven culture across all teams - Implement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition efforts - Support DEI efforts and promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion5. Compensation & Payroll- Liaise with Finance for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance in India - Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits management across regions6. Training & Development- Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs - Collaborate with global teams to implement learning pathways - Track and report on training outcomes7. Reporting & Operations- Prepare regular HR dashboards and metrics for leadership - Support audits and provide operational support to the People & Culture function - Work across departments to improve processes and drive efficiencyKey Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certifications like SHRM/CHRM/CIPD are a plus) - Experience: 3-4 years in HR or People & Culture roles - Knowledge of: Indian labour laws (mandatory) - Tech Savvy: Experience with Zoho, payroll tools, and Microsoft Suite - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication (verbal & written) - Problem-solving mindset - High emotional intelligence and confidentiality - Strong coordination and stakeholder managementCore Competencies:- Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to fast-paced environments - Initiative: Self-starter who anticipates needs and acts proactively - Cultural Intelligence: Able to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt communication styles accordingly - Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindsetReady to grow your global HR career with a future-forward company?Apply now and help shape the culture and operations of some of the most exciting emerging brands.
