As part of the larger Abans Group, the company continues to expand its footprint by delivering integrated financial services and building robust technology platforms to support its growing client base.Role: Risk Management & ComplianceLocation: Nariman Point, MumbaiWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage Risk Management System (RMS) and Exchange Compliance for our broking operations. The role focuses on real-time risk monitoring, adherence to exchange and SEBI norms, and strengthening internal control frameworks.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor real-time trading limits, margins, and exposures across segments.• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal risk policies.• Review daily MTM risks and position limits.• Coordinate with exchanges, auditors, and internal stakeholders for reporting and audits.• Support automation and enhancement of RMS processes.Requirements:• 4–8 years of experience in Risk Management / Compliance from a Broking House (mandatory).• Strong understanding of capital market operations and RMS tools.• Sound knowledge of trading regulations and exchange risk frameworks.• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.Skills and Qualification required:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).• 8–12 years of experience across digital marketing, social media, brand building, and public relations, preferably in a B2B or financial/tech domain.• Proven success in managing integrated campaigns with measurable impact on growth, engagement, and brandvisibility.• Deep expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and web analytics.• Experience in media outreach, reputation management, and executive communications is a strong plus.• Creative, proactive, and resourceful approach with excellent project management and stakeholder communicationskills.Interested candidates can share their resumes at:rajeshree.hankare@abans.co.inSubject line: LinkedIn - Exchange Compliance
