Responsibilities:


  • Full ownership for maximizing sales in the designated area.
  • Responsible for the Indore, Madhya Pradesh Region – sales. (Fragrances).
  • Daily reporting of visits to the Zonal Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales.
  • Required traveling of 5-6 days a week.
  • Lead generation through the internet and word of mouth.
  • Support distributors in channel sales.
  • Plan the sales strategy for the Fragrances division, analyze sales trends, and assess in-house capability and strength areas.
  • Ensure key customer interface on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the plant for production planning and dispatch proactively to maintain the existing and future business.
  • Ensure the customer database is updated and data is recorded and reported as required.
  • Have a strong understanding of market research and customer requirements.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Ideally, should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or other relevant industry.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to deal with rejection.
  • Flexible in traveling as required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates from Madhya Pradesh.
  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.
  • Good business sense and a professional manner.
