Evaluate and recommend plan improvements for cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.Policy Development:- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal governance, and industry standards.Data Analysis & Reporting:- Conduct compensation benchmarking, prepare analytical reports, and provide insights to leadership for informed & Governance:- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies related to compensation and employee benefits.Stakeholder Management:- Partner with business leaders, finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits/policy development, with an overall 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data, audits, and compliance requirements.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.- Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications or specialized courses in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
