Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Cloud, Data, Dynamics, Contact Centers, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, MS Fabric, and other modernization platforms.About the Role: As a Senior Robot Automation Tester, you will work in an Agile environment with Jira You will design and write scalable automation scripts efficiently and effectively using test automation framework to drive end-to-end, API and UI testing, and ensure robust test coverage. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate requirements into test plans and measurable quality targets, ensuring that our testing standards are consistently upheld.Key Responsibilities: Design ,develop ,debugandexecuteautomated test scriptsusing theRobot Framework (Python) . Perform API Testing and functional testing on salesforce systems Collaboratewith cross-functional teams tounderstand requirements ,design test plans,and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Communicate effectivelywith stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback. Identify , report, and trackdefects , ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Analyze test resultsand provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Maintain and update the existing test automation framework. Ensure that testing activities align withproject schedulesand deadlines.Required Skill Sets and Experience: Python and Java with Robot Framework:More than 5+ years’ experience and strong proficiency in Python and/or Java programming and proven hands-on experience with the Robot Framework for test automation. RestAssured/Postman/Bruno API Testing:Hands-on experience with RestAssured/Postman for API testing, including creating and executing test cases for API services. Integration Projects (Good to have ) :Experience working on projects with multiple integrations, demonstrating the ability to handle complex testing scenarios involving various systems and interfaces. Test Automation:Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. GUI Based Test Automation:Good understanding of GUI based test automation using tools such as selenium and mobile automation using Appium. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts Communication:Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Attention to Detail:Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. Hands-on Tools:Expertise in Atlassian tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence or ALM tools Version Control:Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Other Skill Sets: Agile & Testing Methodologies:Understanding and ability to work on agile project and understanding of testing methodologies.
