You’ll play a key role in assisting with school admissions, engaging with parents and students, and conducting outreach activities to promote our school and its programs.Key Responsibilities Counsel parents and students about school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures Handle admission inquiries, calls, and follow-ups effectively Knowledge of Social Media platforms, Basic knowledge of MS Office Conduct school promotional and awareness sessions in local communities Assist in marketing and outreach campaigns (both online & offline) Support partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations Work towards achieving admission targets for each academic sessionRequirements Graduate (Marketing, Education, or Counseling preferred) Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Confident, energetic, and eager to learn Strong interest in education, child development, and parent engagement Freshers are welcome Comprehensive training will be providedCompensation & Benefits Attractive salary with performance-based incentives on admissions achieved Bus/train pass provided for daily commute Travel allowance for visits to schools, communities, and eventsWhy Join Us?
