Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager HR and Admin at Boxer Apparels Pvt. Ltd., located in Chalakkudy. The Manager HR and Admin will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They will manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves handling administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and maintaining office facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsKnowledge of payroll and benefits administrationUnderstanding of labor laws and complianceStrong organizational and office management skillsVendor coordination and facilities managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldFive Years experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
