  • Experience in telephone switchboard or telephonic network is an added advantage
  • System documentation
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow is an added advantage
  • Vendor management
  • Patch management


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support System Manager during the transition of facility systems.
  • Prepare, manage, and drive the transition plan for IO facility systems to closure/sign-off.
  • Prepare and own hyper-care activities/support post-system transition to Global IT GBS.
  • Responsible for daily checklist tasks (Server monitoring, Application monitoring, Database, DataStage).
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (Server, Database, Storage) and application issues (SaaS, on-Prem).
  • Manage and administrate Windows Server and SQL database.
  • Responsible for release management – project/release planning, stakeholder and vendor coordination, tracking and managing the release plan, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
  • Report release milestones, capacity forecasts/planning.
  • Handle medium-sized upgrades/projects (~0.5 to 1 million USD).
  • Prepare IT risk assessments of IT systems.
  • Regularly manage and report system status and health.
  • Coordinate and manage line of business expectations during transitions and provide daily support to the line of business during the steady-state operation phase.
  • Create/update project documentation (e.g., URS, FDS, CIL).
  • Responsible for testing activities related to the development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing.
  • Provide incident and problem support and regular reporting.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and recommend improvements.
  • Manage change management processes, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
  • Act as a techno-functional expert and single point of contact for users/affiliates.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Work in an agile setup (Scrum/DevOps).
