Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Coordinator based in Noida. The Preschool Coordinator will oversee daily operations, support staff, ensure compliance with educational standards, and maintain a safe and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities include supervising preschool activities, planning educational programs, engaging in curriculum development, mentoring teachers, and coordinating with parents to foster open communication and collaboration. Additionally, the Preschool Coordinator will be instrumental in cultivating a positive learning environment to meet the diverse needs of young learners. Qualifications Experience in curriculum development, preschool program planning, and fostering child developmentStrong leadership, training, and team management skillsKnowledge of early childhood education standards, safety protocols, and child behavior management techniquesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPrior experience in a preschool or daycare setting is preferredBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
