Position Title: Associate – COE Allied IndustryLocation: PuneExperience: 10–12 YearsPosition Overview:The Associate – COE Allied Industry will play a key role in strengthening process reliability and operational excellence across heavy process industries such as chemicals, food & beverage, and other allied sectors. The role involves deep analysis of plant data, identifying performance deviations, and driving actionable improvements while standardizing best practices across customer sites.Key Responsibilities- Analyze plant data to identify deviations in performance, golden batch adherence, yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency. - Recommend corrective actions and drive measurable improvements using ODR Framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete customer outcomes. - Standardize and document best practices across industries and multiple client locations. - Act as a subject matter expert in process reliability, operational excellence, and process optimization.-Qualifications & Skills- 10–12 years of experience in process engineering, operations, manufacturing excellence, or similar roles. - Strong process knowledge in the chemical industry; exposure to F&B or allied industries is an advantage. - Solid understanding of plant process parameters, reliability metrics, and operational KPIs. - Proven ability to diagnose complex process issues and drive measurable improvements. - Analytical mindset with a strong passion for improving manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and performance.
