Join our team as aGPP SME / Leadand be the key liaison betweenUnisystem and Finastra , driving excellence in implementation and support.Key Responsibilities Serve as theOnsite GPP expertand primary contact for all GPP-related queries or issues. Liaise betweenUnisystem and Finastrateams for seamless coordination. Participate inLLD (Low Level Design)andILD (Interface Level Design)workshops, providing valuable input on design and system integration. Act as theConfiguration Expertfor customers and support bothsystem and business configuration . Triage GPP testing issuesusing logs, trace files, and Oracle queries. SupportSIT/UAT/NFTphases through issue resolution, test scope reviews, and clarifications. Analyze andtroubleshoot production issues , recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades. Review and participate in walkthroughs oftechnical and functional specificationsanduse cases .
