Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BI Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience managing and administering BI Platform In addition to core MSTR expertise, Good Experience on Google Big Query, Power BI administration, and Looker is a must. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation, performance, and security of our business intelligence (BI) platform.


Core Responsibilities:


MSTR:


  • Demonstrate expertise in providing advanced and challenging support for MicroStrategy's Business Intelligence product suite and associated technologies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with MicroStrategy customers and partners through daily, high-quality interactions during project development and production system maintenance.
  • Possess experience in upgrading MSTR and have a solid understanding of setting up Platform Analytics, Multisource, BQ, and Hive configurations.
  • Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting production environments for Intelligence Server and Web Server.
  • Demonstrate experience in automating jobs, migrating cubes, and monitoring system performance using System Manager Workflow.
  • Monitor and manage overall system health, including SSO Server authentication setup and administration.


GCP:

  • Showcase proficiency in using Google Big Query for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Possess experience in Google Cloud and have a working knowledge of managing and securing resources, such as projects, datasets, and tables.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing workloads, including jobs, queries, and compute capacity, and monitoring resource usage, such as quotas, jobs, and compute usage.
  • Troubleshoot errors, billing issues, and quotas.


Power BI / Looker:

  • Possess experience in managing Power BI Premium Capacities and optimizing capacity metrics.
  • Demonstrate expertise in setting up and managing on-premises gateways.
  • Possess experience in Power Automate and have hands-on experience in setting up Looker original and LSP.
  • Showcase proficiency in user management, automation, and administration of Looker products.


Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years


Primary Skills (must have)

  • Prior MicroStrategy Administrator experience,
  • Prior experience in GCP/Bigquery


Secondary Skills:


  • Power BI Administrator experience
  • Looker experience
