Job Title: Social Media Manager

Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA


Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of proven experience in performance marketing, paid campaigns, strategic planning, and driving user acquisition. You will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven strategies to boost revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve maximum ROI. Your role will involve managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media, while ensuring efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ensure effective use of the marketing budget.

- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, and CAC, to inform decision-making.

- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.

- Manage and scale affiliate marketing programs to drive quality leads and revenue.

- Manage and scale influencer marketing programs to drive brand awareness and user generated content 

- Responsible for building brand/mother communities in facebook and other social media platforms

- Drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic social media management and SEO efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and competitive landscape.


Key Skills & Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management.

- In-depth understanding of ROI, ROAS, CAC, and campaign optimization.

- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across PPC, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and join immediately.

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.


Compensation:

Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA
