Deep knowledge and expertise in Store systems like CRM, Loyalty, Gift cards, Clielteling applications and Mobile Point of Sale systems. Understanding and basic troubleshooting steps with hardware and payment devices.Day to day responsibilities include Accountable as the POS Lead, responsible for Retail POS, Enterprise Order Management, Merchandising Applications, and Store Operations. Provided support for bug fixes for POS and store-related issues. Responsible for addressing any service-impacting issues related to POS applications. Managing system upgrades, and other related applications. Handling incident, request, and problem management for POS applications. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve software issues. Conducting detailed root cause analysis of complex business process issues and delivered appropriate system solutions; identified, validated and documented. Translate client business requirements and objectives into system solutions; developed necessary product modifications to meet client needs. Provide post-Go-Live support including bug fixes, issue resolution, and customer support; participated in and oversaw pre- and post-Go-Live activities. Lead automation initiatives and process improvements. Provide on-call support beyond business hours.
