Role OverviewYou will be the communication backbone of Lantrn. Your role is to keep clients happy, updated, and confident while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work on time. You will coordinate between design, content, marketing, and leadership to maintain smooth operations and build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily communication with assigned clients - Take detailed briefs and convert them into clear internal tasks - Coordinate with designers, editors, content writers, and marketers - Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables - Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals - Prepare weekly reports and performance updates - Conduct scheduled review calls with clients - Track all ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirements - Identify early signs of issues and escalate proactively - Build strong client relationships through consistency and clarityRequired Skills- Excellent spoken and written communication (English + Telugu preferred) - Strong understanding of digital marketing basics - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure - Strong ownership and accountability mindset - Ability to handle client expectations professionally - Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, Sheets, and project management toolsExperience- 1–3 years in client servicing, account management, or coordination - Agency experience is an added advantageSalary (Hyderabad Range)₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month(Depending on experience and communication quality)Performance Metrics (KPIs)- Client satisfaction score - On-time delivery rate - Number of escalations - Quality of briefs, reports, and follow-ups - Client retentionHow to ApplyEmail your resume + portfolio (if any) to:Email: Lokesh@lantrn.inSubject line:Application – Client Communication Executive – Your Name-Contact / WhatsApp: +91-7075410888
