Job Title: Brand Manager - B2B Business

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the brand positioning, marketing, and communication efforts for our B2B business.


- The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, market positioning, and customer engagement, ensuring that our B2B brand resonates with our target audience and enhances customer loyalty.


- This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and business acumen to manage the brand across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market needs.

- Define and refine the brand's value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor positioning to maintain a competitive advantage.

Marketing & Campaigns:

- Plan, develop, and execute B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align brand efforts with business objectives and product launches.

- Manage end-to-end marketing activities, including digital marketing, content development, email campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Brand Communication:

- Own the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.

- Craft compelling content for websites, social media, email, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

- Ensure that all brand communications are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

Customer Insights & Research:

- Conduct regular market research to understand B2B customer needs, behavior, and preferences.

- Analyze feedback and gather insights to refine brand positioning and marketing strategies.

- Monitor brand perception and manage strategies to maintain or improve brand equity.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align brand strategies with broader company objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and media.

Brand Performance & Analytics:

- Track and report on key brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.

- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visuals across all marketing materials and communications.

- Oversee the development and application of brand guidelines, ensuring they are adhered to internally and by external partners.

- Manage brand-related partnerships and sponsorships to expand brand reach and credibility.

Event Management:

- Plan and manage B2B events, trade shows, webinars, and other brand-related activities.

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive engagement and lead generation through event marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on B2B markets.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer behavior, and decision-making processes.

- Proven experience in building and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

- Experience in managing budgets, reporting on ROI, and optimizing brand performance.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
