Role Overview:

We are looking for an exceptionally experienced individual with passion for making a difference and empathy for the financially disadvantaged sections of society to join us as AVP Compliance with complete responsibility for securing compliance with all regulations prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (‘RBI’) and any other relevant statutory authorities.  

Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up environment, meeting timelines and have an eye for detail. An energetic, proactive and self-motivated finance / banking professional with extensive domain experience would be ideal for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence with all applicable statutory compliance requirements as mandated by RBI 
• Managing all statutory reporting obligations towards Reserve Bank of India, CICS, under FEMA / PMLA (FIU-IND) and any other related statutes / matters
• Ensuring efficient conduct of audits and inspections by RBI  
• Implementing innovative dashboard(s) for monitoring compliance on a real-time basis and establishing exceptionally high standards of compliance and transparency.
• Educating and spreading awareness regarding compliance across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• University degree  
• Relevant 10 years+ work experience with professionally managed and well reputed NBFCs / Banks in India.
• Expert domain knowledge  
• Self-reliant, proactive and self-motivated with strong prioritization, execution and organization skills
