Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.What’s in it for you? o Immense exposure and learning o Excellent career growth o Company of highly passionate leaders and mentors o Ability to build things from scratchKnow more about MGS: - https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-servicesPosition: - Data Warehouse Analyst- Vice President Job Location: - Ghansoli Work from office Shift: - General Shift work from officeJob Purpose: He/ She acts as the team/project lead, responsible for overall planning and management of as-is/to-be data mapping activities, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination and participate in a data warehouse renewal project.Key Accountabilities: Project Planning and Management • Develop and manage the overall plan for as-is/to-be data mapping and migration activities in the data warehouse renewal project. • Define the scope and workflow of mapping activities based on system specifications, data definitions, and business requirements.Stakeholder Coordination • Serve as the main interface with business users, IT, and vendors for requirement alignment, issue resolution, and status reporting. • Coordinate and confirm requirements with business users and IT; support requirement clarification, impact analysis, and documentation.Business Requirement and Data Mapping Coordination • Design, lead, and facilitate the overall collection and organization of mapping-related information and requirements from both business users and IT specialists. • Oversee consolidation/analysis to identify differences and gaps, drive consensus-building and requirement alignment, provide guidance to SOs, review/validate deliverables.Documentation and Quality Control • Prepare, review, and update data mapping documentation and related project materials.Risk and Issue Management • Identify project risks, impacts, and issues; propose solutions and contingency plans.User Support and Knowledge Transfer • Promote standardization of deliverables and knowledge sharing within the team. Assist in end-user adoption activities.Requirements: • Experience in banking data warehouse/data mart projects. • Proven ability in project planning, management, as-is/to-be mapping delivery, and cross-functional leadership. • Demonstrated experience coordinating with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders, and in team supervision and coaching.Preferred skills and personal attributes: • Experience in DWH system renewal, requirements definition, or data migration/projects. • Strong analytical skills, reliability, attention to detail, ownership of assigned tasks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive learner and team player. • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members; strong leadership and a high sense of responsibility.Experience:- Total exp:- Between 10 – 15yrs in Data Warehouse Renewal Project & corporate Banking domain.Preferred candidates from Mumbai & under 20 kilometers distanceInterested can share the updated CV'S in mgs.rec@mizuho-cb.com Subject line:- Data Warehouse Analyst- 10+yrs ( Navi Mumbai) Total exp in banking industry:- Relevant exp:- Notice period:- Current fixed CTC:- Ok for f2f round:-Address:- Mizuho Global Services India Pvt.
