From large-scale corporate events to curated brand activations, Trzy blends creativity, logistics, and strategy to bring ideas to life with precision and flair.Role OverviewThe Event Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of all events and experiential marketing projects. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously — ensuring that every event aligns with Trzy’s creative vision, brand standards, and client objectives.Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: - Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of all events, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Team Management: - Manage and mentor a team of operations managers, production staff, and on-ground event personnel. - Vendor & Partner Coordination: - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and production partners to ensure seamless execution. - Process Optimization: - Develop and implement systems and SOPs to streamline event workflows, logistics, and communication across teams. - Budget Oversight: - Plan and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with creative, client servicing, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between concept and execution. - Risk & Compliance Management: - Oversee event safety protocols, permissions, and compliance with local regulations. - Innovation & Quality: - Continuously evaluate operational methods and introduce new technologies or practices to improve efficiency and impact.Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in event operations or experiential marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven ability to manage large teams and complex, multi-city projects. - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Hands-on experience with event production, logistics, and budgeting. - Knowledge of the Mumbai events ecosystem is a plus.
