Key Job ResponsibilitiesWork with corporate counterparts - understand the requirement and communicate effectively. Expertise in programming on Siemens TIA Portal V13 and above versions along with HMI and allied devices New programs creation in PLC, new Screens creation in HMI, link the Tags, I/Os, interlock with VFD (Siemens, SEW) and other devices Develop and improvise the existing PLC, HMI & related logics and support for the virtual commissioning activities. Hands on experience in SIMENSE PLC SIM software is desirable. Experience in ODIL software or similar simulation related tools is desirable Experience in automotive environment - Develop & implement controls solutions for body shop, paint shop, assembly shop, Battery shop is desirable. Knowledge in the IEC 61131 standard is advantage New project/program implementation/execution - Statement of Requirements preparation, controls validation, equipment build/run-off and buyoff Trouble shoot production line automation issues Communicate effectively and work in collaboration with all customers, suppliers and plant staffs Working in shifts to manage the EE & NA region timing when required. ODIL, Unified HMI experience is the added advantages Develop the Analytic data & Dashboard in Scada PC - OPC/ SQLKey Skills Hands-on experience in Siemens TIA Portal PLC & HMI programming. Experience in field communication Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IE, CC Link. Hands-on in Siemens PLC SIM software platform Knowledge in SIMENSE Virtual commissioning - How to perform, input to the virtual communication. Knowledge in handling verify the E plan drawings, control panel circuits, power wirings.Software skills Siemens TIA portal, HMI softwares. Simulation softwares Python, JAVA, C Sharp & Other automation, AI skills - is added advantages Front-end and Back-end programming languages, such as C++, HTML, MQTT &HTTPSJob Specification Qualification Diploma / Engineering GraduateExperience 6 - 18 years Experience at Line builder / Service provider / OEM with required skills Competencies Behavioural SkillsWillingness to work in Europe time lines. Willingness to work in shifts, extending work hours, week ends (when necessary only) - Normally the work will be in General shit and 5 days work pattern Willingness to accept other job responsibilities as and when needed.
