Job Title:Oracle HFM Consultant Location:PAN India Employment Type:Full-timeAbout the Role: We are seeking an experiencedOracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Technical Consultantwith a solid understanding of bothtechnical configuration and functional financial processes . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting HFM applications to meet business consolidation and reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and configureOracle HFM applications , including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports. Develop and maintainHFM integrationwith source systems (FDMEE, ODI, etc.). Performdata load automation , troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate with finance teams to understandconsolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial closeprocesses. Implement and supportHFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies. Developcustom scripts, rules files, and calculation logicto support business needs. Provideproduction support, enhancements, and upgradesfor HFM and related EPM components. Document system design, configurations, and support procedures. Partner with functional finance users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. 2-5 years of experience inOracle HFM implementation and support . Strong understanding offinancial consolidation, close, and reporting cycles. Hands-on experience withmetadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules development. Experience withFDMEE, ODI, or other ETL/integration tools . Knowledge ofOracle EPM Suite (Planning, FCCS, DRM, ARM, etc.)is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications: Oracle EPM or HFM certification. Exposure tofinancial accounting concepts (GAAP, IFRS) .
