This role focuses on ensuring successful implementation, smooth go-live, and measurable customer adoption. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to deliver an exceptional first experience to clients and establish the foundation for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Manageend-to-end onboardingof enterprise clients from project kickoff to go-live. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely deployment and high adoption of the solution. Act as theprimary client contactduring onboarding—facilitating communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution. Drivecustomer satisfaction and readiness metricspost-deployment. Track onboarding milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure value realization within the first 90 days. Support handover to Customer Success teams for account growth and retention. Ideal Candidate Profile 6–10 years of experience inCustomer Success, Account Management, or Implementationfor B2B SaaS / Tech platforms. Strong project ownership and ability to managemultiple enterprise onboarding projects simultaneously . Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into solution-oriented onboarding plans. Strong problem-solving, presentation, and analytical abilities.
