We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CLAT Category Manager to oversee our CLAT preparation products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our offerings, drive sales, and improve student outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


- Category Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CLAT preparation products.

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to identify opportunities for growth.


- Product Management:

- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands.

- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality study materials, practice tests, and digital resources.


- Sales and Marketing:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and sales.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.


- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to product offerings.

- Build relationships with external partners, including educational institutions and tutoring centers.


- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics to assess product performance and student feedback.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on category performance and strategic initiatives.


- Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for product management and category growth.

- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in product management or category management, preferably in the education sector.

- Strong understanding of the CLAT exam structure, market dynamics, and student preferences.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Experience with digital marketing and e-learning platforms is a plus.
