As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for generating inbound and outbound leads, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in driving growth. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in business development and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
### Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation:**
- Identify and generate new business leads through inbound activities such as Indiamart, Trade India, and the company website.
- Conduct outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
**Market Research:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
**Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
**Sales Support:**
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Support the sales team in scheduling and coordinating customer meetings and site visits.
**Data Management:**
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and sales progress.
**Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive efforts.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
