Key Responsibilities: Safety Management:Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and standards on-site. Risk Assessment:Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to mitigate potential safety issues. Compliance:Ensure adherence to local, national, and international safety regulations, codes, and standards. Incident Investigation:Investigate accidents and near-misses, recommend corrective actions, and maintain detailed incident reports. Training & Awareness:Conduct safety training sessions for employees, subcontractors, and new personnel to promote a culture of safety. Documentation:Maintain accurate safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documents. Coordination:Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to implement safety measures effectively. Continuous Improvement:Identify potential improvements in safety processes and recommend changes to reduce risks. Qualifications: Degree:BTech/BE in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field. Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in construction or related industries. Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, and best practices. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
