We’re Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist (Full-Time, Onsite) Build AI-powered credit decisioning systems on Microsoft Azure About the Role We’re looking for aMachine Learning Engineer / Data Engineerwith3+ years of experienceto join ourAI-driven credit lending platformteam. In this role, you’ll design and deployscalable ML solutionsthat power loan origination, credit decisioning, and portfolio management systems. You’ll work onend-to-end data pipelines, model development, and integrationswith leading banking and fintech systems hosted onMicrosoft Azure . This is afull-time onsite position , offering hands-on collaboration with our data science, engineering, and product teams to shape next-generation credit intelligence solutions.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploycredit scoring and risk assessment models(classification, regression, alternative data). Buildscalable ETL/ELT pipelineson Microsoft Azure for financial and telco datasets. Implementmodel monitoring, retraining frameworks, and governance workflows . DevelopAPIs and microservicesfor integration with LOS, LMS, and external systems. Collaborate with data analysts and product owners totranslate business rules into ML/AI-driven logic . Ensure compliance withBasel III, GDPR, PDPA , and integratemodel explainability (XAI) . Optimize workflows forscalability, performance, and cost efficiencyon Azure Cloud.✅Required Skills & Experience 3+ yearsof experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related fields. Strong programming skills inPython, PySpark, SQLwith experience in ML frameworks ( scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch ). Hands-on experience withAzure ML, Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB(or equivalent cloud tools). Experience incredit risk modeling, fraud detection, or financial ML models . Knowledge ofAPI design and integration(REST/GraphQL). Familiarity withMLOps practices(CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining pipelines). Strong understanding ofdata governance, security, and compliancein financial services.⭐Preferred Qualifications Experience working inbanking, fintech, or telcoenvironments. Knowledge ofExplainable AI (XAI)and regulatory frameworks ( Basel, IFRS9, GDPR, PDPA ). Exposure tobig data tools(Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Trino/Presto). Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD inComputer Science, Data Science, or related field .Work Location & Flexibility Onsite rolewith opportunities for collaboration across cross-functional teams.
