Job Objective:

To lead the sales function in the region, driving strategic growth and market leadership by building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and empowering the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-looking sales strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

- Team Empowerment: Inspire, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

- Market Penetration: Identify emerging opportunities in the private utility and industry sectors, creating strategic roadmaps for customer acquisition and retention.

- Customer Advocacy: Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the company as the preferred partner in the power sector.

- Competitive Edge: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to stay ahead and ensure innovative approaches to business development.

- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while meeting operational and financial objectives.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across marketing, R&D, and product development to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals.

- Insightful Reporting: Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations through detailed sales forecasts and performance analytics to the leadership team.

Job Requirements:

- Proven Experience in success in the power sector, with a focus on electrical product sales or the Test & Measurement domain.

- Education: Degree Electrical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or master in related field.

Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the private utility and private industry sectors.

Skills:
