Job Title: Bank ATM Representative Location:Ludhiana, Punjab Employment Type:Full-Time Designation:Bank Representative Level:Executive Qualifications:Graduate, Experience:3+ YearsJob Summary:The Field Executive – ATM is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned ATMs within a defined area. The role involves regular field visits to inspect 40–50 ATMs twice a month, ensuring all machines are functional, secure, and customer-ready at all times. Key Responsibilities:Conduct scheduled field visits to40–50 ATMs twice a month. Ensureproper functioningof all ATMs — including cash dispensing, screen display, receipt printing, and connectivity. Maintaincleanlinessandorderlinessof ATM premises. Check and report any issues related tohardware, software, or network connectivity. Coordinate with the bank or vendor’s technical support team for timely repairs. Monitorsecurity systems, lighting, and signage at each ATM location. Submit periodic inspection reports and photo documentation to the head office. Adhere to company and bank safety and compliance standards. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and accountability. Good understanding ofbanking operationsandATM functioning. Computer literacyand ability to usesmartphonesfor field reporting. Knowledge ofbanking applicationsand digital communication tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage field schedules efficiently. Qualification & Experience:Education:Minimum Graduate / Diploma in any field. Experience:Minimum1 yearof experience withBanks / NBFCs(preferably in operations or field roles).
