What will you be doing?


As a Data Analyst supporting the Service Delivery and Support function, you will be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends and reporting on findings using data visualisation tools to help stakeholders solve problems and make decisions.


Specifically, this will involve:


  • ETL: Designing, implementing and maintaining robust data pipelines and data models that integrates data from various tools.
  • Data Analysis & Visualisation: Conducting ad-hoc data analysis using advanced SQL queries to answer business questions, as well as creating insightful visualisations and interactive dashboards to present data effectively to stakeholders.
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitoring and optimising the performance of BI platforms, ETL processes and SQL queries.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer master data and other core hierarchies.
  • Working with stakeholders to enhance consistency and completeness of data, ensuring overall data quality improves.
  • Working closely with Technology teams to enhance data collection and integration strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining scalable and reliable data architecture in the cloud.
  • Ensuring data integrity and privacy of all data through the implementation of appropriate security measures and controls.
  • Creating and maintaining cohesive documentation.


What are we looking for?


We are ideally seeking:


  • 4+ years of proven experience in customer-centric data analytics.
  • High proficiency in SQL, ETL, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to apply statistical methods and perform trend analysis.
  • Strong expertise in API integration and managing data exchanges.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication with active listening ability.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver to deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer databases like Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, Bains, etc.
