Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients, with focus on Payroll and Absence. Manage System Integration Testing, UAT support, and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation. Work hands-on with tools likeHCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader . Drive discussions with stakeholders across business, technical, and management teams. Oversee integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Payroll, OTL, and Absence. Prepare project reports, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery across phases.
