Job Title:Sales & Marketing Executive Location:Mumbai (Monday–Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM | Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM) Salary:₹30,000 + Sales IncentivesAbout ALPS:Airline Prep School (ALPS) is a premier aviation institute in Mumbai and Pune, providing professional training to aspiring pilots and cabin crew. We combine expert instruction with real-world exposure to help students launch successful careers in aviation.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamicSales & Marketing Executiveto join our Mumbai team. This role involvesdriving admissions for our coursesthrough lead generation, sales, and marketing activities, includingoffline promotions and social media campaigns . Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads for ALPS courses. Promote courses throughoffline marketing activities(college tie-ups, events, career guidance sessions). Manage and execute social media campaigns to enhance ALPS’s visibility. Build relationships with prospective students and parents. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets. Report on marketing and sales performance.Preferred Experience: Freshers are welcome. Experience inreal estate sales (HNI clients) or high-value saleswill be an advantage.Qualifications: Graduate in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
