Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment).Responsibilities:We are hiring an Epic on Azure Engineer to support the design, deployment, and stability of Epic EHR environments hosted by Microsoft Azure. This role involves working with Azure IaaS, Epic components, DevOps pipelines, and healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA/HITRUST).- Deploy and maintain Epic components on Azure VMs (IRIS for Health, Hyperspace, Interconnect, System Pulse). - Build/optimize Azure infrastructure (Esv5/M-series VMs, ANF, Premium/Ultra disks, ExpressRoute, PPGs). - Create and enhance Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML/Bicep/ARM). - Develop monitoring dashboards using Log Analytics, Kusto, Grafana, and automate alerting. - Ensure environmental stability through proactive Live Site monitoring and RCA. - Apply HIPAA/HITRUST security standards, encryption, IAM, and network isolation. - Collaborate with Microsoft product teams, Epic engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.Required Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines and IaaS workload design. - Experience with InterSystems IRIS and Epic architecture. - Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC (YAML/Bicep/ARM). - Monitoring & Observability (Kusto, Log Analytics, Grafana). - Networking (VNets, private endpoints, firewalls, ExpressRoute). - Healthcare security understanding (HIPAA/HITRUST).Nice to Have:- Azure certifications (AZ-104 / AZ-305) - Epic certifications or prior Epic EHR experience - Experience with healthcare migrations or large enterprise cloud rolloutsEqual Employment Opportunity Declaration:WCT is an equal opportunity employer.
