In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.Roles & Responsibilities: ● Project allocation ● Capacity Management ● Team Management ● Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline ● Adhere and achieve KPI’s ● Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively ● Manage communications with multiple stakeholders ● Handle escalations ● Deep dive to understand RCA and AIs ● Digging out and analyzing numbers ● Prepare reports ● Draft and share MoMs after meetings ● Act as a partner to the client - provide solutions ● Be proactive - project management and process evaluationCandidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in key account management within the localization industry. Must have prior experience managing global clients or brands, with a strong understanding of international language standards and expectations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.Note : The responsibilities are not restricted to the above defined KRA.
