Build your future with us Key Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise data pipelines and architecture.Define and implement data deduplication strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Establish and enforce data standards, quality metrics, and best practices for data management. Oversee the orchestration of data flows between Snowflake, SFDC, and other enterprise platforms. Guide the development of SQL schemas, views, and automation pipelines to support analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives. Drive the adoption of RPA tools such as UI Path and Alteryx for process automation and data transformation. - Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Analytics CoE. Key Skills and Technologies 7–9 years of experience in data engineering, data management, or analytics roles. Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and schema design. Proficiency in Snowflake, Salesforce (SFDC), and data orchestration tools. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and deduplication methodologies. Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UI Path and data automation platforms like Alteryx. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability, performance, and data-driven decision making.
