Title: Data Analyst with experience Supply Chain transactional data

Duration: Full-time

Location: Mumbai (Remote for non-local candidates.)

Experience:

  • 2 + years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related analytics.
  • Proven track record of working with supply chain stakeholders and providing data-driven insights for key decision-making.

· Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis utilizing different analytical tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulas.
  • Proven experience working with data or Business Intelligence teams.
  • Experience with supply chain management software (Logility, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus.
  • Understanding of ERP systems is a plus.

· Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze datasets and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.

· Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels.

· Project Execution:

  • Experience in managing multiple initiatives, working closely with key stakeholder teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

· Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to details, demonstrate calmness under stress and uncertainty.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

· Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.

· Certifications (preferred but not required):

  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
