Description.Big Oh Tech strives to be a global leader in IT solutions, specializing in software development, enterprise app development, staff augmentation, offshore outsourcing, and technical recruitment consulting.We have a dedicated team of over 100 technology enthusiasts delivering scalable solutions to complex challenges, enhancing business revenue for our clients.Big Oh Tech is ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3 certified, offering strategic, technical, and creative solutions in mobile app development, web development, and emerging technologies like AI, IOT, blockchain, and AR/VR.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a solid understanding of product development (preferably in the aviation industry).The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.Mode: In-office preferred (Noida), Remote can be considered.Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST.Key Responsibilities:- Define and Manage the Product Backlog.- Create and maintain a clear list of product features and improvements (backlog).- Prioritize tasks based on business goals and user needs.- Make sure all items are detailed and ready for the development team to work on.- Communicate the Product Vision.- Clearly explain the products purpose, goals, and direction to the team and stakeholders.- Ensure everyone understands what the product aims to achieve and why it matters.- Manage Stakeholders.- Be the main link between the business, customers, and development team.- Gather feedback, understand priorities, and balance expectations across all stakeholders.- Ensure Value Delivery.- Make sure each development sprint delivers real value to the business and end users.- Review progress, collect feedback, and adjust priorities as needed to keep the product on track.Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in product development or product ownership.- Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams.- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from idea to delivery.- Preferably experience in the aviation industry or related domain.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to analyze data, set priorities, and make decisions that align with business objectives.- Comfortable working with international teams, especially in the UK time zone.
