Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using NestJS, Python, and Node.js .- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery.- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to long-term tech strategy.- Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems.- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.- Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure best coding practices.- Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery schedules.Requirements :- 4+ years of experience in backend development.- Strong experience with at least two of the following : NestJS, Python, Node.js .- Solid understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming.- Familiarity with RESTful API design and database integration.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Good communication and collaboration abilities.Good-to-Have Skills :- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.- Prior experience mentoring or leading a team.- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
