Front-End Developer (React) with UI/UX Design SkillsLocation: Mohali, IndiaWork Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 1–2 days remote per week)Experience: 2–5 YearsPosition Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and technically strong Front-End Developer (React) who also possesses strong UI/UX design capabilities. The ideal candidate understands modern front-end architectures, builds clean and scalable interfaces, and uses AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows.This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting seamless user experiences while writing high-quality, efficient code.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Translate UI/UX wireframes and design concepts into functional React components.Work closely with product and design teams to improve user flows and overall UX.Utilize AI-assisted design tools (Cursor,Figma AI, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up ideation, prototyping, and visual design tasks.Maintain and optimize the front-end codebase for performance, scalability, and reliability.Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and UI standards.Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in front-end development, specifically with React.js.Strong UI/UX design skills and an understanding of user-centered design principles.Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.Familiarity with AI tools for design and development workflows.Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design.Experience with Git, API integration, and modern front-end tooling.Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design/technical decisions clearly.Nice-to-HaveExperience with animations, micro-interactions, or motion UI.Knowledge of Next.js or other modern frameworks.Experience building or maintaining design systems.Basic backend understanding (Node.js, Firebase, etc.).What We OfferFlexible hybrid work arrangement (3 days office + 1–2 days remote).Competitive compensation and performance-based growth opportunities.A creative and collaborative environment working on next-gen, AI-led products.Ownership and autonomy in building user experiences end-to-end.
