Job Description


  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives and target demographics.
  2. Key responsibilities include managing multiple founder profiles, devising comprehensive game plans and strategies, and actively contributing to follower growth and lead generation.
  3. Conduct approximately 100-200 outreach activities daily, actively engaging with the community through thoughtful comments to foster meaningful relationships.
  4. Schedule posts and experiment with optimal timings, integrating successful approaches.
  5. Possess a keen understanding of the distinction between mundane and captivating content, with the ability to edit posts to attract and engage the desired target audience.
  6. Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data insights to refine and enhance strategies.
  7. Stay abreast of trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure consistently optimal performance.
  8. Demonstrate a sense of design aesthetics.
  9. Effectively manage and expand our client's followership, cultivating a robust online community.
  10. Comprehend client objectives, formulate and execute strategies to surpass these goals.
  11. Proficient in generating lead generation campaigns on .
  12. Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple daily requests and making timely decisions for task prioritization.
  13. Provide excellent client service by understanding client requirements and delivering solutions promptly.
  14. Proficient in generating high-quality drafts for the desired final output.
  15. Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and Canva for creating presentations as needed.
