Job Overview:

- Will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities for emerging tech-related events.

- This role requires a blend of strategic planning, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination:

- Work with the marketing head and develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy for all conferences, webinars, and meetups.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including content creation, logistics, and onsite management.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Create and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to promote events, experience with email marketing is a must.

- Develop engaging and informative content tailored to the target audience.

- Monitor and analyze all campaign performance.

Community Engagement:.

- Work with the community team to build and nurture relationships with key influencers, speakers, sponsors, and attendees within the blockchain community.

- Organize and host pre-event and post-event networking sessions, webinars, and online discussions to maintain community engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for event marketing efforts, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

- Prepare detailed post-event reports and presentations, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.

- Utilize data to refine and enhance future event marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage event marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing impact.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure the best possible terms and rates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in event marketing, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the overall industry landscape.

- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage diverse audiences.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

- 4-5 years of experience into Marketing.
