Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent


Experience working in Architectural Consultancy firms (Mandatory)


Requirement:

  • Design, develop and conceptualize architectural drawing and working drawing.
  • Prepare working drawing, Architecture and interior details as required.
  • Analyse building code and byelaws, space requirement, site requirement and other technical documents as well as reports.
  • Able to lead the team of architects and technicians and should co- ordinate with the Consultants in terms of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Landscape etc.
  • Coordinating with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to resolve the technical issues and clarifications for successful implementation of ideas.
  • Monitoring the site progress, site visits and proper implementation of the drawings on site.
  • Managing quality of productions drawings, tenders, BOQ, relevant architectural documentation.
  • The candidate should possess the following skill set: Auto CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office etc.
  • Knowledge of Revit Architecture and rendering software shall be an added advantage.
