The facility, located at Odisha, will be part of the PLI Tranche–II Scheme of the Government of India.Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our PV Module Sales business across India. The role will focus on driving market growth, building strong customer and partner networks, and establishing AMPIN Solar One as a preferred brand in the solar PV industry.Career Proposition Be part of a strategic greenfield renewable energy venture under the Government of India’s PLI Tranche–II scheme. Collaborative and innovation-driven culture focused on sustainability and excellence.Key Responsibilities Lead and drive PV module sales across assigned geographies through strategic sales planning to achieve revenue and margin targets. Identify and penetrate new markets, large-scale projects, EPCs, developers and channel partners to expand business reach. Build, appoint and manage a robust network of dealers, distributors and channel partners with regular engagement, training and performance tracking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, EPCs, and utilities while driving MW-scale project sales and ensuring smooth order execution. Recruit, train and lead high-performing regional sales teams with clear objectives, performance monitoring and a focus on accountability and customer centricity. Track competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and support marketing, branding and promotional initiatives. Ensure seamless operations including order fulfilment, logistics and after-sales support while preparing and presenting regular business performance reports to management.Qualifications & Skills MBA or equivalent degree with 12+ years of experience in sales, including minimum 3 years in solar PV module sales or renewable energy sector. Proven experience in channel partner development, key account management and industrial project sales. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
