Our Client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Regional Credit Manager - South Zone for the Auto Loans Business to be based at Bangalore.



Role Description

The Regional Credit Manager will be responsible for credit management, credit risk management, and utilizing analytical skills to assess finance and credit-related matters. He/ She should have a successful track record and strong experience of managing the Regional Credit role, catering to the Auto Loans business for the South region for a Large NBFC.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience, preferably in NBFC's
  • Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills
  • Analytical Skills in finance and credit assessment
  • Strong background in Credit-related processes
  • Experience in Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience of credit management in Auto Loans business is mandatory


Role:

- Managing a team of Credit managers - Auto Loans business for the south region.

- Ensuring that credit facilities and loans are granted within the RBI regulations and Co's credit policies.

- End to end review of the Credit & Operation process of the region for delivering strict turnaround time.

- Proficiency in financial analysis to gauge credit worthiness including interpretations of key ratios and analysis of cash flow statement.

- Ensure adherence with SLAs for high levels of customer service delivery.

- Ensure appropriate Quality Control processes are implemented for assessing performance quality as per benchmarks.

- Identifying best practices across industry which can be embedded into the system for building quality portfolio Establishing goals and objectives for his/her direct reports in line with Risk function.

- Evaluating staff performance

- Handling and training the Team of Credit Manager

- Promoting / coordinating effective cross-training
