Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Metals & Mining Strategy & Operations - Manager in NCR at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP in New Delhi/ National Capital Territory. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project management, utilizing analytical skills to drive consulting initiatives and management consulting projects.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/ B.E.. in any engineering/ technology discipline
- Master's degree in Business Administration or PGDM
Experience
- Minimum total experience of 5 years and maximum total experience of 10 years
- Minimum experience in strategy or operations improvement consulting of 3 years
- Minimum experience in metals and mining sector (in industry or in consulting) of 3 years (period may overlap with the condition above)
Skills
- Story-boarding and report-writing skills
- Analytical methods (statistical analysis, econometric analysis etc.)
- Deep knowledge of strategy tools & methods OR Deep knowledge of operations improvement tools and methods (this will be tested in interviews)
- Team management and client relationship soft-skills
- Fluent in communication and grammatical accuracy
