Talented professionals from Cochin and nearby regions are invited to join our growing team and contribute to world-class façade projects.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Minimum 6 years’ experience in façade design using parametric and BIM tools. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one 3D Parametric Design solution/BIM (Inventor, Solidworks, HiCad, Revit or Tekla).Key Responsibilities: Interpret and review contract documents, BOQs, and drawings. Set up design layouts for curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding, and skylights. Perform structural checks and coordinate non-standard/customised system designs. Review team drawings and ensure on-time submission. Coordinate with fabrication and site teams for smooth execution. Lead and mentor a team of designers/draftsmen, ensuring quality output. Conduct design coordination meetings and maintain documentation. Work closely with QA/QC and PM teams to ensure design compliance.
