The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Team Leader to spearhead our revenue growth
initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to
make a significant impact in the EdTech sector while working with cutting-edge educational
solutions.
- Drive and inspire a high-performing sales team of 15-20 members to exceed targets
- and foster a culture of excellence
- Architect and execute innovative sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Design and implement data-driven performance metrics through sophisticated KRAs
- and KPIs
- Provide transformational leadership through personalized coaching and mentoring
- Forge and nurture strategic client relationships while managing premium accounts
- Conduct advanced sales analytics and create actionable insights from complex data
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration between sales and other departments
- Leverage modern CRM tools to optimize sales processes and reporting
- Lead engaging team meetings and conduct comprehensive performance reviews
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in EdTech sales, with
- demonstrable success records
- Track record of successfully managing and scaling teams of 15+ members
- Expert-level proficiency in contemporary CRM tools and sales management
- platforms
- Advanced data analysis and management capabilities
- Exceptional leadership acumen with proven team development success
- Outstanding strategic communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and tracking sophisticated KRAs and KPIs
