Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a sales manager (Finacial Product) located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and leading the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes daily tasks such as prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications Experience in sales strategy development and execution Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in mutual funds or insurance products (mandatory) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Analytical skills to monitor market trends and identify new opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Knowledge of investment solutions, risk mitigation, tax planning, and estate planning
