Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a SEM & Paid Ads Specialist at ALIV - Regenerative Wellness • IV Drip Therapy • Autologous Cell Fraction Therapy, located in Pune. As a SEM & Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, as well as planning, implementing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies, monitor performance, and drive growth through digital advertising.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns and implementing paid advertising strategies
  • Strong understanding of search engine marketing, paid social ads (including Facebook), and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools (e.g., Google Ads, Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Bing Ads are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SEM and paid advertising.
